Fabrics
We ensure all manufacturers of our products use the highest quality fabrics. All swimwear, including sheer range are generally 20% Lycra (or other elastane) and 80% Nylon. If this does differ in any way you will find a the material content detailed in the description of that item.
Quality Guarantee
We take great care in the manufacturer of our products, ensuring quality checks are made at each stage of production, we have a final check before dispatch to our customer.
In the unlikely event you receive any item that is faulty, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
Shipping and Handling
All orders received before 2pm on a working day and payment is received in full, the order will be dispatched within 24 hours, dependant on stock availabiity. Even if the items are out of stock we have an excellent fast response manufacturing section that is geared to getting your order out within 15 business days at the latest.
Customs Duty and Taxes
Some countries may impose duty or taxes on imported goods. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay and such charges
Please ask your customs department for rates and limits before placing your order. This will avoid any surprises during delivery.
Returns Policy
We take pride in our high level of customer satisfaction and our service reputation.
Due to hygiene reasons thong and string bottoms are non returnable, unless a manufacturing default exists. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, return the items in new condition with tags attached. We will be happy to exchange or issue a full refund.
Returns and exchanges should be received within 20 days from the date of shipment. Exchange items will be sent by UPS/Parcel Force. Please note any refunds will not include Shipping and handling fees.
How to make a return or Exchange
Firstly please email us direct at admin@smallest-bikini.com detailing the reason for your return or exchange. Where appropriate, we will endeavour to answer any queries to the best of our ability and/or give you instructions for return. Upon receipt of this email, please post back the goods making sure you include all information we will need to ensure the correct exchange or credit to you account is made:
Customer ID/Your full name
Address of shipping
Invoice number
And any requirements
If you want to add items above the price of the original order, we will also need your credit card details. This is because we are using real time credit card clearing services and we will not have any record of your card details from the original sale. Refunds are processed through card services against the original order number.
Regular mail is generally fine to send a few items but for large value orders we would recommend using a trackable method such as registered post. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely to the return address.
If you would like a replacement item sent immediately please inform us of this in your original email. We will direct you to a secure order page where you can submit your credit card details. The exchange item will be billed and sent immediately, your card will be credited for the exchange item when we receive it.
Please ensure you include your correct email address with every correspondence, this will allow us to contact you immediately if we need further information to process your requests.
