Delivery
It is the customers responsibility to ensure the dispatch address is correct when ordering, this can be different to the billing address. Additional charges may be incurred if we need to re-deliver your items due to incorrect address details. You will be informed of these at the time of dispatch.
We offer a range of postage to all customers depending on what will suit you. Standard Delivery, 1st class post, 2-3 days from order date. Other options are available:
UK First Class signed for. 1 to 3 working days from dispatch
Special delivery – 24 hours from dispatch
Europe International airmail – 3 to 5 working days from dispatch
International signed for 3 to 5 working days from dispatch
USA International signed for 5 to 7 working days from dispatch
All items are sent as soon as possible upon receipt of order and payment. Items are sent in appropriate discrete packaging for the order.
Orders requiring a signature – we endeavour for you to receive your order as quickly as possible and therefore offer the service of signed for postage, which requires a signature upon delivery. This is our preferred mode of delivery. If you are not available to sign for your items you will be informed where this will be retained for up to 7 working days and then the items will be returned to us. However if you feel for any reason this does not suit your personal circumstances normal postage delivery will be arranged where a signature is not required.
We are sure you will be pleased with your order however if for any reason you are not we are happy to refund any returns or exchanges any item.
All items are checked throughout the manufacturing process and by us before dispatch to you however, if you feel that in the unlikely event the goods are faulty we will be able to arrange a refund your money within 28 days of original dispatch provided that the goods are unworn, unsoiled, in the original packaging with all labels in place.
